We have added a Financial version called Actual Project Spend, where we are reporting "actuals" on projects, rather than using the Forecast Period date and letting Planview calculate the forecast / actuals based on that date.   No forecast costs are entered in the Actual Project Spend version.

We are creating a custom version of the WRK14 report and our use of the Actual Project Spend version (FM: Working Version used when generating the report)   is causing the Forecast to Complete (and thus, the Forecast at Complete) to not calculate correctly.  I don't see a way to remove these columns from this report.   Is there a way we can change how they are calculated (or remove the columns completely) in the Financial Summary section of this report?

Have you looked at the Administration: Hidden Parameter Configuration: Options by Report Section in the WRK 14 documentation in Success center?

To remove the columns, you can download the sub_financials.rdl (Adminstration> Reporting > Reporting Content management - WRK14-Projectstatusreport) and remove the columns using Visual Studio and then uploading it back.

Wow @Mario.munoz!  Thank you!  I had no idea we could do that.  I tried it, and it did work. The only downside is that it removes the columns from all versions of the WRK14 report, not just the new one I’ve created.   I don’t really want to alter the original version.  I am going to go look at that in the Customer Success Center.

you can make your changes, create a new file, create your own report, upload and create a new tile. You would also need to add it to the Administration > attributes> fasttrack report configuration. You can make a copy of the existing wrk14 and paste it there. You can then point the new tile to that report. The doc below kind of goes over the process

@Mario.munoz, thank you!  I had already copied the WRK14 and created a new report, but wasn’t familiar with editing the .rdl file to make changes.  You have helped me give the users exactly what they want.
