Is there a column in Task List view that shows tasks with overallocated resources scheduled?

In the Task List view, there does not appear to be any way to mark all tasks that have overallocated resources. For e.g. MS Project puts a red resource icon in the Info column making it easy for the PM to go to such tasks at a glance. The only way in PPM Pro seems to be to click into each task and check.

If not, is there a way to achieve this with a calculated field?

Most PPM Pro users leverage Top-Down Planning that places demand against capacity at the Project Level on the Staffing Page rather than Bottom-Up by estimating effort on each Task Assignment.  The Staffing Dialog box reveals resources availability at a glance:
