Is it possible to create a field on the request form that is mandatory based on the answer (yes/no or true/false) of a previous field. I.e if field states “Time frame is less than 2 months” then another field would open up that is mandatory for user to enter reasons for short time frame.

Hi,

Currently PPM Pro doesn’t support dependency between fields. As a workaround, you could create a gate to which the request may be routed depending on the value of the yes/no field and then you can have the mandatory field on that gate. Just a thought 😁

Thanks
