Restricted Fields not showing on reports

We have four restricted fields in our project form however we have “show on filters and show on reports” checked off.  Only the three people in the restricted group can see those reports based on those fields.  Does “Show on reports” not mean what we think it means?  Does it mean it is only viewable to those that have access to that field?

Hi @wenlon Yes you are correct. That four restricted field values are only visible to those users in the restricted group. The field name can be visible while some other users try creating a new report, but the values will not be visible if they are outside the restricted group. Hope this helps.
