There are 6 Community Ranks, each with 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As you interact more in the community—through posts, replies, and likes—you’ll climb the ranks and get recognized for your efforts.

Community Leaderboard
The Planview Community Leaderboard is the primary way to track your points. You can view your progress over This Week or All Time. A condensed version of the leaderboard is also available as a widget on the right side of the community home page, so you can check your standing at a glance.
Replies, Likes & Posts
Want to see how many replies, likes, and posts you’ve made? Just visit your profile section—these numbers are conveniently displayed right below to your display picture.

This rank celebrates your early activity in the community.
Earn it by replying to posts and liking other members' contributions.
2. Top Contributor
This rank highlights consistent participation and positive reinforcement.

3. Innovator
This rank is for members who take initiative by starting discussions.
You earn it by creating original posts and sharing valuable insights.
4. Product Expert
This rank goes to users who deeply understand the product.
Earn it by creating posts, replying to others, and sharing product tips.
5. Community Mentor
This rank honors users who consistently help and guide others.
Earn it by answering questions and supporting fellow community members.
6. Knowledge Guru
This is the highest honor, awarded to the most active and knowledgeable members.
