Allow Disabling The "Call Work", "Call Mobile", and "SMS" Options On Mobile App

Hello,

We would like to be able to disable the Call Work, Call Mobile, and SMS options on the mobile app as we do not use this functionality and it causes unnecessary clutter and confusion. The options show at the top of the user profile on the mobile app.
