As of right now, the only way that I think I’d be able to track skill proficiency levels is by creating a new skill for each level of proficiency. It would be great if Adaptivework had a way to track proficiencies within each skill.
Also, being able to sort the capacity planning module by skill would help identify future demand/internal capacity for hiring decision making.
