Allow Disabling The Mobile App

Hello,

We would like the ability to have a self-service option to enable/disable the AdaptiveWork Mobile App. There are gaps in functionality (e.g. configurations are not enforced) that allow users to do things that are undesired. Being able to at least disable the mobile app temporarily would give us a good stop-gap while those gaps are addressed.
