I was advised via Planview case #00913891 to raise this enhancement request as it is currently a limitation that users can not change the Prices and Rates window layout.
As shown in the screenshot, we want to keep only Billing Rates Regular Hour in this window and remove everything else as we don’t use them.
I was told that it is not currently supported to change this layout through the profile section out of the box or via CSS.

Also, just informational, this customer community isn’t usually for enhancement requests but instead getting feedback/information from other customers. For enhancements you’ll want to submit them within the Enhancement campaign, however there is not a campaign currently open to receive new requests. So you’ll want to keep this noted somewhere on your side to remember to add as an official enhancement when they open back up for submissions.
