We need to track changes to Scheduled Finish dates. I’d like it to be a field tracked in the History. Currently I have to frequently extract the data to an Excel spreadsheet and analyze it there. It would be helpful if I could export ALL history data to Excel.

We don't have history tracking on date fields or within the work Plan. You can take baselines of work plan and use that for comparison as a best practice. Alternatively you can also use the Milestone Trend, WRK35 to easily visualize that milestone's change over time

I need to track all changes to scheduled finish dates across a portfolio of 60+ projects. Taking a baseline every day or even every week on each project isn’t feasible.
WRk35 while it shows milestones, doesn’t show scheduled finish date. The scheduled finish date is often impacted by other tasks in the plan, which are not milestones. So that won’t work for me.
Any other suggestions?
