Hello
I'm afraid a user cannot edit or make changes to their username in the Settings or My Profile section and this is not us.
It is a limitation of the platform and InSided community team has already run a poll to understand the need for this enhancement. We hope there is work is in progress and every user will soon be able to make changes to their username.

In the meantime, please share how you would like your username to be changed and we will have one of our administrators make these changes in the back end environment.

Upon clicking your profile picture on the right top corner & clicking ‘Settings’ or ‘My Profile’, did you see a username text field in any of these two sections?
