My name is Yadhu! Here to learn with you all. It is rooted in our ethos that we use our own products and figure out its effectiveness. Having started in Retention Marketing department hope to eventually climb my way up the ranks to be your trusted Community Manager! I live in Bengaluru, love to travel, music and drawing. I am from Elsass (East) and I live in Brittany (West). Do you know what is between Elsass and Brittany?

France (because these two regions are certainly the most specific with Corsica). Hence if you want to visit France, do not visit Elsass and Brittany.

Thanks for the welcome.

  • Where are you (or your company) based?  I am based in a little town in Central Queensland, Australia, working remotely for Greening Australia, who have offices all around Australia.
  • What's your role in the team? I am the Finance and Business Systems Administrator, in ICT.  I am the main administrator of AdaptiveWork, and am still getting to know it.
  • Which AW topics particularly interest you? I’m still learning, so administration, writing formulas, understanding how the reporting works, and just starting to get into reporting through Power BI at the moment, so anything that helps me learn more about the product.
  • What do you mostly use AdaptiveWork for?  I am really only supporting it - barely use it myself, though we occasionally run ICT projects through it.  We use it for project management and reporting of our projects.
  • What’s your favorite feature in AW?  It is highly customisable, once you know how to use it.  I’m still just scratching the surface but have added quite a few validation and workflow rules to help automate a few things, and help prevent errors.
  • Tell us a fun fact about yourself!  My husband and I love to travel and really work to fund my obsession with it.

    I am based about an hour and a half North of Sydney, Australia but my company is based in Seattle.

    Whilst launching AW(Clarizen at the time) I was raising frogs from tadpoles and posted regular updates to the team of how they were growing.

While our company is based in Seattle, we all work remotely from all over. I’m live in Amarillo, Texas, home of the 72-ounce steak and the Cadillac Ranch.

  • What's your role in the team?

I’m the professional services manager for the project management office and the lead AdaptiveWork Administrator. I was part of the selection committee that chose Clarizen/AW about three years ago.

  • Which AW topics particularly interest you?

I love any kind of automation that makes things easier on users. We have a good number of workflow rules and custom actions to help with that, but I’m always on the lookout for new ideas. I’m “OK” at building WR and CA, but would like to be better.

  • What do you mostly use AdaptiveWork for?

Managing ERP implementation projects and support, as well as resource management.

  • What’s your favorite feature in AW?

How much it can be customized and enhanced.

  • Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I was a newspaper editor for most of my life before moving into project management. Over the course of my journalism career, I worked on coverage of 9/11, two shuttle tragedies, both Gulf wars and the assassination attempt on President Reagan, just to list a few.
