Hi, my name’s Sara Openshaw and I’m the Head of PMO at LV= (financial services).  I’m based in the UK on the sunny South Coast!

We use PlanView for resource management of programme / project reporting primarily, but are looking at ways of increasing our utilisation of the tool, hence joining the community.

I look forward to interacting with new and existing members online shortly.

So nice to meet you @SaraOpenshaw! What a beautiful place to live! My mum’s side of the family is located on the Isle of Wight. 🙂 Adopting resource management practices can be tough. You are not alone! I’ve found that top-down communications expressing WHY it is critical for the organization to adopt alongside role-based education to be KEY in overcoming resistance. Be sure to check out and JOIN our Organizational Change Management user-group in the community. We have 150 members and growing! Don’t be afraid to share your pain points and ask for suggestions from your fellow Planview users. We are all here to help and learn together. 😊
