Introducing Assisted Help, a Generative AI-based assistant in Planview PPM Pro. Assisted help enables conversational help within the application to answer any queries right from the Global navigation on the top menu. Users can type their questions and receive summarized, relevant information from the Customer Success Center section of PPM Pro. You can even customize how Assisted Help formats responses by asking pointed questions. For example, "How can I delete a task? Please respond in bullet points." This feature is enabled by default for all customers who are using Planview (PV) Admin. Please reach out to customer care to enable PV Admin.
