Are stakeholders only allowed to view Published dashboards? We have several stakeholders and a user is trying to send them a url to a dashboard they created but they are unable to see it. They have stakeholder licenses and correct permissions.
If it is only published dashboards is there a way to take the existing dashboard and copy it to a published dashboard?
Your 2nd sentence can be taken 2 different ways, but I’m assuming the problem is the Stakeholder can’t access the published dashboard from the URL, not that the user is unable to access the URL to the dashboard to even send it to the stakeholder...
You did not specify the Publishing Options used when publishing the dashboard in question. If you are publishing with the 1st option (seems like a bad idea to me) and they can’t see it, then I have no idea why the stakeholders can’t see the published dashboard.
If the 2nd, verify they are logged in to PPM Pro using the same browser their e-mail application uses to open links.
I have not had an occasion to use the 3rd option, but you might want to give that one a try.
