It is hard to pick. To some degree, I would like to see more of all the options.
- Customer use cases / how they are using AW
- Tips and Best Practices
- Learn about new features / Product Roadmap
- I would also like to see the return of the Customization community, similar to the old one where we can group discussions around Custom Configurations like Workflows, Custom actions, Validation rules, etc., along with Custom CSS.
I voted Other - I’d like to be able to ask questions and feel confident that people were going to review/help/answer if they have come across something similar.
But probably a little of all the above.
First of all Thank you for all the participation. We are grateful for your insights on the desired engagement and content type.We will take action based on your valuable suggestions and deeply appreciate the opportunity to learn from your feedback and improve our offerings.
As much as I would like to get more “tips and best practices from Planview's experts” I’d rather those experts were fixing all the unclear or incorrectly linked or otherwise outdated Help, training videos, conceptual-overview materials, etc. at https://success.planview.com/ so that I do not need to seek answers in this Community!
If that were in place, then I’d want this community to be Product Updates and Users Helping Users find clever techniques and workarounds for our various use cases (or just pointing out that “what you want exists, here’s what it’s called, and here is the Help page”).
Your competitor Wrike has a very good user forum like this where each topic is actively moderated and it works well for the community to support each other in addition to what Wrike’s staff has to say and can contribute as moderators who know more, including what’s hidden in other posts where different wording was used for a question.
Dear Jamie
Thank you for your valuable feedback on the documentation in CSC and the content provided through the PV Community.
In fact we are actively working on improving the overall quality of our documentation in CSC, revise & restructure articles, fix broken links and more. This is an ongoing effort and any pointers to particular areas that you feel shall be prioritized or be focused on, please do let us know.
We also seek to continuously improve the content & collaboration in the PV Community and learn from the interaction with our customers and partners.
Your engagement is very much appreciated and hope you will get the added value we mean to provide.
