Have any of you used PlanView wo manage OCM or can you share how you have used it? We have a Dashboard that we plan to integrate but I am curious if you have used it or more than project planning.
Hi David! Yes! Here at Planview we weave OCM into all of our internal and external initiatives and projects. Our WBS and Kanban board templates have standard OCM activities built in. For example, creating a Project Change Story, completing a stakeholder analysis, building a communication plan, and sending surveys. Here is an example of one of our ProjectPlace template boards to support OCM activities.
OKRs for OCM are also a must to track your success and learn from what worked well and what didn’t. These vary greatly on the organization, but for example, an overall OCM dashboard could show training progress, number of users logging in or attending a support session, communications sent on time, status reports submitted on time, or financial planning accuracy.
