How is this different from past assessments Planview has offered?
Our Adoption and Capabilities Assessment is focused on Organizational Readiness and is tool-agnostic. While our Journey Modernization Workshops utilized our Project Portfolio Management Modernization Assessment Form focusing on the features and functions of your tools. This exercise is designed to help you see where there are gaps across your ecosystem and build a measurable success plan based on a true understanding of where you are now and where you want to take your organization.

We hope this exercise can be a light lift with a big impact. Averaging 2 hours for the total engagement, you will leave the workshops with a recommended Success Plan to set your teams up for success – backed by our experience and expertise.

Who should join this assessment?
This is a team effort and requires a desire to learn and grow. This assessment will dive into the setup of your technological solution (the way Planview is configured) and your organizational readiness.
- Your System Administrator should be able to answer the technology-related questions.
- Leadership, Business Sponsors, and Process Owners will also play a key role in answering the organizational questions.
It is critical that this assessment be conducted in a safe, respectful environment so that individuals can be open and honest with their feedback.
