I am trying to set a Phase field that is connected to milestones I have in my development project template.The milestones are:Requirements Planning Development Deployment Go LiveThe milestones are the same as the phases however, I want the phase field to be updated based on different triggers. Mainly I want the phase to be updated to the next phase in the list when the previous phase is completed. For instance, the phase should be “Planning” once the Requirements milestone completes. However, since there is no prior milestone/phase to Requirements I want the phase to be “Requirements” once the Requirements milestone starts and changes to Planning once the Requirements milestone completes.

Is there a way to do “What If” analysis in AdaptiveWork? We want to do analysis using a roadmap ideally to do analysis on impact to a product roadmap and resources without actually creating projects until we are ready to create them.

I have a project in which an end user added resources into the Projects Rates tab only; not as an allocation in the plan and now wants to remove them.  As an Administrator I do not find a way to remove the resources.   Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you utilizing skills in Portfolios to help identify skill gaps or overall proficiencies within a department or team?  At NASCO we have gone down the skills path once before and after loading all of the data it was never used. Now we have a department that is optimistic about it and we are starting to load data in the next couple of weeks, and now we are looking at reporting options.  They would like reports that show a harvey ball or pie/bar chart that identifies the proficiency within a team across select skills. Has anyone out there done this type of reporting?  Any aha moments or gotchas you could share? Thanks so much, Pam Sargent
