Hello, Our PMO are Superusers within AdaptiveWork but will also be approving timesheets and supporting other staff with their timesheets. As we are superusers, we can see all timesheets within the system as a big list. However, when we go to the approvals module, we cannot filter effectively on items such asApprover User type ManagerThis will lead to issues in supporting staff effectively and would prefer to have the functionality that is available in the other areas where you can set a view and filter. Any help or development in place?

I'm writing to request an enhancement for the AdaptiveWork tool to allow access to Change History data via the REST API. Currently, this capability is not available, and the only method to access Change History data is by manually exporting it to Excel. Given the increasing volume of Change History data, manual export is becoming cumbersome and inefficient.Suggested Enhancement:Develop a REST API endpoint that provides access to Change History data. Include necessary query parameters that allow filtering by date range, project, or specific change types to manage data volume and retrieval efficiently.Impact and Benefits:Streamline the data retrieval process for large volumes of Change History data. When creating a new Project from template, customers do not want system to mark checkbox to 'Make owner for the entire work plan' as a default.

Hello everyone 👋 We are setting up our instance of AdaptiveWork and can see some great functionality with individual calendars using the exception types to put in their leave etc. However, although we have been able to add our own categories, we have not been able to work out how to delete the other items in the pick list. We are finding that the categories are adding confusion that are already in e.g. PTO and vacation for us would be the same definition.  We have changed our categories to have numbers at the beginning so that they go to the top but is there a way to delete the other options?

Are there plans to make whiteboards available on other objects?   Users I have demo’d the new whiteboard feature to have all expressed that they would like to be able to run this feature from the User Object, User Groups and Meeting notes.   What is the rerasoning behind the current limitation of having whiteboards only available in Hybrid mode on projects 

Hello, is there a way to enable time tracking in the cards within the Hybrid Work Management view? Similar to how in the Classic view, resources can report time directly to a task, is this doable within the Hybrid Management View against tasks either in the task list or via the cards?

The Roadmap feature for Project or Portfolio work plans as a ton of potential, but is hard to get value from in current state. Here are a few quick hitting ideas that could make this feature a lot more valuable to organizations like ours:Because there can be overlap in Milestone timelines, spacing out the Milestone bars into separate ‘collapsible/expandable rows’ would make it much easier to read (similar to a Gantt view from the milestone level, but on the roadmap). Ability to add Key Dates (i.e. an important task/milestone dates) as a callout to a specific project. Currently the Key Dates feature adds it generically to the roadmap and its manually created. This especially becomes unclear which project a date belongs to on a Portfolio roadmap. It would also be nice to just select a work item/date from the work plan. Ability to add roadmaps to a dashboard.
