Hi Everyone,  Happy New Year 2024! Following the great start for the community in 2023 we want to check with you on the type of engagement and content you want to see. Your suggestions are highly valuable to us and we are eager to hear what you have to say. Exciting news! Two new features to boost your efficiency in Hybrid Work Management.These features are live for all Hybrid Work Management users. Access them directly in your Work Item name header and Card View. Experience improved efficiency.1. Effortless Name Editing:Now Users can change the name of a work item on the hybrid view from the Work Item name Header and from the right-side panel. 2. Multi-Card Magic:Users can easily multi-select various cards and move them from one lane to another. For example, you can select multiple Tasks from ‘On-track’ status to ‘Risk’ or ‘Off-Track’. The bulk updates from the Card view is supported across the Hybrid solution: Portfolio, Projects, Tasks, Cases, and Milestones. Access these features within your Work Item name header and Card View to experience the improved workflow now and Let us know your experience in the comments.

Dear community members,I'm incredibly happy to see that so many of you have already started connecting with each other here in the community; sharing experiences, tips and ideas. We knew that many of our customers were looking for a way to connect with other users, but the interest and engagement so far have widely exceeded our expectations!Next year we'll be opening the community to customers using other Planview products, as well as rolling out more functionality in the community. Have you tried the improved Resource Load and Resource Planning features?To enhance page loading and minimize real-time data calculations, we've introduced refinements to the Resource Load and Resource Planning interfaces. These adjustments align our functionality with industry benchmarks and user experience best practices. Pagination: A limited number of Resources will be displayed simultaneously, improving page load times. Date Filter Adjustments: The view period timeframe (Day, Week, Month) has been capped at 52 to optimize page loading. Default Settings: The "Save as default" option will be enabled by default, saving user preferences for future visits. We believe these enhancements will streamline the Resource Load and Resource Planning experience for our users.

Community launchWe are thrilled to launch the Planview Customer Community, designed to increase collaboration, connection, and meaningful discussion between you and other Planview customers. As of now, we are opening the doors to the community for AdaptiveWork customers only, but we plan to welcome Planview customers using other products soon. Our community discussion forums are based on our “Ask, Learn, Discuss, Share” concepts, and provide a collaborative environment for you to engage in discussions with others, share knowledge, and seek answers from industry peers and Planview experts. The community site will also keep you informed of customer events and webinars, and provide opportunities to make your voice heard through interactive polls. If you’re not an AdaptiveWork customer, stay tuned for announcements on which products we’ll be opening communities for next!
