Hello all,We're on Planview AdaptiveWork, and I'm trying to find out whether the Gantt chart can display dependency links visually — i.e. the connector arrows drawn between predecessor and successor tasks on the timeline itself.I can see dependencies defined at the task level, but they don't render as connectors on the Gantt. Without that visual, it's hard to read the sequencing at a glance or trace how a delay in one task would ripple through the rest of the schedule.A couple of questions:1. Is this supported in AdaptiveWork, and if so, is it a view/user setting or something that has to be enabled at the admin level?2. If it isn't supported today, is there an existing idea or roadmap item I should follow or vote on?Note: the example screenshot I've seen of this behavior is from Planview ProjectPlace (link to article), not AdaptiveWork — I'm including it only to illustrate the kind of connector arrows I mean, not to suggest the two products behave the same way.Thanks in advance for any

Hello, In Portflios, is there a config setting for Logbook to automatically set the Risk issue to closed once transferred to an Issue? In Logbook, if the Risk is transferred, the status changes to Transferred, and appears as a duplicate. Even though it is not a duplicate the screen still shows two unnecessary entries.  In the native CRI entities, once we select transfer, there is an option to close the risk. Pretty simple. I have not found that for Logbook CRIs when transferring, Has anyone had success with this or can provide insight on your current processes related to transferring CRIs in Logbook? Thank you!

If I was to publish a status report / dashboard to sponsor, who is not an actual user within PPM Pro, can they get to it if I was to send them a link?  Today, we send a PPT presentation but would like to get away from it.  Along the same lines, if I have a external contractor, if I was to send them a link, can get see the dashboard / status report, if I was to send them a link to a dashboard within PPM Pro.

Need to see Project Schedule Finish date in Staffing ScreenWe can only see the Activity end date and we do not want to click into every project to know when it will be done

We have inserted a custom date field into an email that fires in a workflow rule.  When the date field displays in the email, the value is returned in this format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.  What function can I use in the email that will return only the date in a MM-DD-YYYY format?I’ve tried ToDate({$FieldName}) but that returns the actual text “To Date(YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss)” in the email.

I exported a project schedule into excel to make edits and am now trying to re-import it. I am getting an error: reference not found when trying to re-import the schedule. The error is happening on a user that is now Inactive. I cannot re-assign tasks where hours have already been submitted by the User. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you address it?  

Is anyone else having issues with the Users Tile export file? In the past, it used to export as an html file in which I could open in excel, make changes and save it as an excel file. Now it exports as an excel file, takes forever to open then will give you the following error. I submitted a case for it. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.   

For some reason it doesn’t seem possible to sort results in Capacity Planner by the Project Name.  Am I missing something, or is this very basic capability really missing?
