My Organization has active ProjectPlace access. However, ProjectPlace does not appear under Products in Planview Admin nor in the Planview.Me application switcher. Is there a supported way to register ProjectPlace as a product within Planview.Me so it appears alongside Portfolios in the navigation experience? We currently see Planview.Me, Planview.Me Labs, Portfolios and Planview Admin through the product switcher. Is there a supported way to expose all licensed products (including ProjectPlace ) directly in the top navigation ribbon rather than the application switcher?From where i can activae or add Project Place here, My org do have PP tenant and provisioned to my account . Just a silly thought, can we showup all the products horizontally on Black ribbon followed by Menu, rather showing up here in the Product switcher.

We have added a custom text field and want to set up a validation or workflow rule to prevent duplicates at the parent task level. While we successfully implemented a duplicate-blocking rule for the client object using the findcustomer function, we noticed that an equivalent function is not available for the workitem object.Could someone assist us in finding a solution or suggest an alternative approach?

Hi Experts,I have a question around the “Apply Discounting” in Investment and Capacity Planning. When we create new scenario, there is the option of Apply Discounting and I can change it to say 50%. I want to plan a scenario, where I want to make it 50% of the demand cost and see if I can approve and thats why this modeling I need to perform.Can someone explain how this discounting works? I have a Financial SubTotals field (say Total Costs (WV)) with Apply Discounting enabled. 

I’m exploring the Capacity Planning Module and when I look at it the “demand” is zero across the board for everyone. Clearly, this is not correct. I’ve read through everything I could find, but I cannot find an answer. I have resources assigned to groups as primary. Resources have been assigned to tasks. The tasks have work assigned to them. Yet, demand is zero! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Is it possible for admins to add Lifecycle Roles to Requests column sets (e.g., Exec Sponsor)?  It can be done for Work column sets, but I was told that it’s not available for Requests.

I have a workflow which sends an email when something happens. The From Address on the email appears in Outlook as:From: AdaptiveWork <system@clarizen.com> On Behalf Of ????????where  ???????? is the name of a user with ‘Integration User’ set in AdaptiveWork and it is an Admin user. This user is not the user set as the Default Workflow User in General Settings.I thought that Integration User was only used for determining permission to use the API, and not related to outgoing emails, where I would expect the default workflow user to be used. From a security point of view, I’m not happy with sending out the user name of an integration user to anyone receiving an email from a workflow (while understanding that “security through obscurity” should not be relied on).The fact that this user is an integration user may just be a coincidence or is it because the change which triggered the workflow was made via the API, but in any case I don’t want it sent out, but can’t work out where it i

Has anyone else been experiencing performance issues with Planview Hub recently?  It may be coincidence, but when the UI changed our performance tanked with it.It takes several minutes for pages to load and the activity log times out all of the time.Checking to see if it is our instance or if others are seeing the same thing. 

I create a stacked chart in a report using the Created on Data field.  It shows as 2026-05, but I want it to say May in the chart.  I don’t see an option to change the format of this field.

Microsoft Teams is a central part of our Technology Stack - how do we integrate it into the Planview Portfolios?We originally deployed ProjectPlace but it has been forsaken because Teams has the document storage, better chat functionality, recording of meetings etc.

Currently, my team is experiencing Power BI refresh issues. I noticed it when we upgraded our sandbox to May 2026 release.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? 

Right now all meetings are in Microsoft Teams, Channel Chats, Individual Chats, documents are stored in Teams etc. How do other companies incorporate that Execution into the Planview Suite and their workflows? ​

In PV Portfolios, for each of the RAG indicators displayed in the WRK14 report (wbs721 through to wbs726) I have updated the attribute’s Definition and the Display Name however the new name is not reflected when the report is generated.  What have I missed?

Hello,We’re trying to create a report to help us identify projects that are still in an active state but have not had time entries against them within a specified period of time. Ideally we could then report on projects that have had no activity within X months. Has anyone found a way to do this?
