I believe this is already an enhancement request but wanted to put this out there to see how many others would want this feature. Background, not too long ago, the “GetStaffingData” function was added to access staffing data using filters. Great idea and I have a couple of customers using it. I’d like to see something similar for Financials. I have several customers who are now using PPM Pro’s Financials and being able to slice and dice financial data would be enhanced if we could use Calc fields to slice the data as needed and report on it.
It’s not very common, but we have some team members whose available capacity varies by quarter. Just like there’s an ability to contour allocations, is there a way to contour available capacity multiplier? If not, does anyone have a reasonable alternative?TIA!
We are trying to find where these groups are located in PPM Pro so we may add users to them so we can restrict fields to these groups. Can anyone tell us where to find these groups?

Is it possible to create a field on the request form that is mandatory based on the answer (yes/no or true/false) of a previous field. I.e if field states “Time frame is less than 2 months” then another field would open up that is mandatory for user to enter reasons for short time frame.
