Hi,We are using Custom Object inside our projects. We can add new person as a reviewer to the projects using dataloader which gives them permission to view the project data. But is there any way to provide permissions to custom object using dataloader directly? We have created a custom action for now but there is a limitation that it will take 50 rows at a time and we have to click multiple times to provide permissions.If  this is possible then please share a sample for dataloader file. I checked the fields but not sure how to provide viewer role.

When I export Logbook items to Excel or view them in Work Portfolio Dashboard I can view the ‘create date’. However when I view my Logbook items from the view in Portfolios I can’t see the ‘create date’  or ‘last updated date’ and see no option to add these fields to the view.  It seems like a fundamental requirement to have this data displayed.  Is there something I’m missing? or is this functionality not available?

I have created a report using Report Builder, but when I add it to a tile for a Work Portfolio, it does not recognize the active Work portfolio (all work items are pulled instead of just work within the current Work portfolio).  Does anyone know how I would make my report recognize the Work portfolio?  How about if I want to run it for a single Work entity/item?  I suspect it is in the Report Builder parameters, but I’m not sure how to code it.  Thank you in advance.

I’m looking for a report or resource view to identify overallocated resources working on a collection (portfolio) of projects.  The Staffing view for a single project (work) is perfect.  It shows remaining capacity and includes work both on the selected project as well as any other projects where those resources are allocated.  I’m looking for the same view, except I want to select a work portfolio to identify the resources to review.  WRK29 - Resource Utilization sort of does this, but it is a bit cumbersome.  Does anyone know of another report or screen that I’m missing?  I know I can get there with a custom Power BI report, but I’m hoping that there may be a simpler option.

Hello, Issue Adaptive WorkPlease review the following project and the attached image, as we were unable to identify what caused the activities to appear duplicated in this schedule. It can be verified in the images that the activities are the same as they have the same ID.We tried to recreate the situation using the Copy/Paste option and we tried the export and import option in Excel and in neither situation were the activities duplicated, so we do not understand what caused this problem.  Regards Jhon

How to modify the "Add Non-Labor" window, I currently need to add more characterization fields filters in the information that can be selected 

I have a single project that is not counting all of the hours logged in it (all approved). 10h were worked but the project sums are only recognizing 9h. I submitted a support ticket which was escalated to Tier 3, who hasn’t responded in more than a month.  Has anyone else experienced this with a project?  Was there any solution provided?

I have introduced a custom currency field on Time-Phase Labour Resources with a workflow to update it when needed. The updated value does appear against the individual work-item in the Financial Planning View (following refresh of the financial data), and sometimes it appears correctly in the summary view, however sometimes it does not get picked up into the rolled-up number.My questions are : Can anyone let me know what triggers custom fields on Labor Resources Time Phase to be updated into the summary view? How are people handling custom fields on Time Phase Labor Resources if they cannot be trusted to always roll up in terms of presenting the information to users?  Thanks

I am contacting you to request clarification on the behavior of the movement of the finances recorded and associated with the activities of the project schedule as the start and/or due dates of the activities, milestones and projects are modified. Currently, the financial items that move with the project are those associated with the resources selected in the schedule as responsible for a certain task and that have a cost or billing rate. On the other hand, the NLR are not updated with the dates of the schedule, so it must be done manually. With this situation in mind, we are seeking to configure the system so that the finances related to the NLR also move according to the dates that can be modified in the activities, milestones and projects. 

Is it possible to rename the Reviewer role to Stakeholder? It would clear up some confusion for our Planview users if we could clearly relabel the field as stakeholders. 

Hi,Has anyone integrated Portfolios with AgilePlace using Planview Hub? We have a lot of information coming from Jira into AgilePlace; however, we cannot move that data to Portfolios.The out-of-the-box (OTB) Planview sync only allows a very small set of fields to be migrated.

We are adopting Planview portfolio and Planview agile place, our enterprise has been on an agile journey for a number of years and we are facing some resistance to adopting a common sprint and increment cadence in some of our business groups - has anyone faced this? Ideally there is a common quarterly increment ‘window’ and pattern of sprint start/end within the quarter. Curious to see if others had an issue with this?

Are there plans to make whiteboards available on other objects?   Users I have demo’d the new whiteboard feature to have all expressed that they would like to be able to run this feature from the User Object, User Groups and Meeting notes.   What is the rerasoning behind the current limitation of having whiteboards only available in Hybrid mode on projects
