Hi -- has anyone found a way to find/ track old requirements after you run progression? My current understanding is that all “un-allocated” requirements are wiped from both the Plan screen and the Financials screen when Progression is run. In a similar sense, has anyone had luck separating allocations from requirements on the Financials screen for the Recourse Account? Thanks!

Does anyone use the Functional Estimating capabilities within Planview Portfolios?  We are looking at this and although there is documentation on CSC I’m not finding it incredibly helpful. Would love to know how this is working for others, would you suggest the functionality to other PV customers, any gotchas or capability gaps?Thank you!Pam Sargent

I tried the common search terms with + and - signs, that seemed to be ignored.  There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to click on “Advanced Search”.  Without this capability, a customer can spend a lot of time searching and being frustrated by not finding specific relevant result sets.

We often receive questions for Enterprise Architecture regarding Staging data between enviornments. Staging data can be a broad topic and is important to understand and the documentation may not be able to answer some more specific questions. I have a team requesting to add their portfolio roadmap to a dashboard to visually show all of their projects. The dashboard is intended for a VP, so they want them to go to one place for all the information they need (versus the dashboard + portfolio for the roadmap).Does anyone know how to add a roadmap to the dashboard? I have heard it can be done by pulling the Roadmap URL in via an i-Frame, but cannot find any documentation on how to do that. 

Hi all, I was wondering if there was a setting in AdaptiveWork that will needs to be enabled or disabled so that the company logo which is a png/transparent does not show up with a black border around it. Does anyone else have this issue and if you did, could you share the fix? Thank you.Jess

Hey AW Community,  I’m in flight of creating a profitability report for senior management and finance and I’m in a bit of a conundrum as they want to see slightly different things from the same field within our system. My only solution to this is to create a formula for one of the report tabs to give them what they need. SCENARIO: We have our actual Revenue column pulling through billable effort for an engagement(as expected). As with any projects, we will have Change requests; and based on the additional project codes for these changes, we can see whether this burn is billable to the client or non billable. For the Finance tab, where the effort is not Billable - we want to show the actual revenue as ‘0’. (The current functionality of the ‘actual revenue’ field needs to remain in tact for the other report tabs. Question: What type of formula do I need to write in order for my ‘actual Revenue’ on these selective non billable endeavours to show as ‘0’ for that particular tab in my report

Is it possible for a dynamic layout created for a specific profile to run alongside the same profile’s default layout?For example, we need a different layout for a type of project/process, accessible by a specific profile but we need to allow the members of that profile to switch between default and dynamic layouts.
