Does anyone have ideas about how I would figure out the top ten allocated resources? Or is this out of scope for AW capability? Thank you. 

For customers of large groups where you have multiple configurations across different BUs I am wondering if you have any best practices to share around creating new attributes vs sharing attributes between BUs.We have a few BUs that we know we want to do reporting on across the BUs so we are requiring some standard shared data elements.  But there are other BUs that are very much stand alone. We are wondering with new configurations being created, do we just have all the new attributes be specific to that BU’s implementation?Interested in any other customer is struggling with this issue.

HiMaybe I’ve missed this, but I can not seem to see the due date of cards on the timeline Gannt. I got this response from AI saying the cards are visible (which they are below), but want to see them on the timeline similar to the view in Portfolios. Here is the best view I can produce. In the example I want to see the card due date of 4 October on the timeline. Is this possible?

From within my strategies, i am able to run my financial however all negative values are showing as brackets and not a minus sign. How do i change this?  

I have a user that would like to create template cards with child / parent relationships and then be able to duplicate the pairings. Is there a way to do this with automation or another method?

When determining the right column set for the Plan screen when you are building a schedule you need to consider your process .You want to put the most commonly used structures first. When setting up your schedule you will need to use Schedule Start, Schedule Finish and Schedule duration. You will use these three the most in determining your schedule.Schedule Start is the start date for the remainder of the work,  Schedule Duration is the remainder of the duration. If the task is complete the Schedule columns will be blank.   I have added in Actual/Schedule Start , Actual/Schedule Finish and Duration at complete. These three fields will show you the information on a project that has been started. Hello community,We have been provided some Custom Actions and Workflow Rules by a consultant and they just don’t work as promised. I’m trying to debug them myself but can’t find the tools that would inform me on the progress of the running actions/rules or where things are going wrong.I thought the Process Monitor might be helpful when a long-running process takes place (like a Custom Action looping through and processing 100+ records) but I see nothing there.And the Support article for Process Monitor doesn’t actually explain what Triggers the monitoring to begin! Can I cause monitoring to begin and to report out? What actions get “monitored”?If not there, where else can I see any helpful information about why my Custom Action processed only 1 record out of the 20 I expected to load data into Financials and update each row’s status in this Custom Object?This consultant has said that sometimes processes get ‘stuck’ without sharing how to un-stick them (or know if they’re stuck or just

Hey, new to Portfolios administration here.  Is it possible to move PPL level work within the Work Structure?  With Resources, we can cut/paste a resource to a new branch.  However, with work there doesn’t seem to be a cut or copy option to move an entire project to another branch in the structure.

I’ve been doing alot of configuring of tiles and creating some new column sets to go along with them.   I am finding that sometimes the column set specified in the tile definition doesn’t end up be the one shown.    Similarly, I find if I have a personal column set defined with a specified order of columns, if I change the order of columns directly in the view that the column set often will not go back to the original order of the columns in the column set as it was originally specified.     I am wondering if this is a caching sort of issue?   Has anyone experienced this and/or have advice about how to manage?  Thanks!

I’m excited that the new Viz Navigation has been released! It is great to be able to see the hierarchy of Products in the left Nav bar, I feel it makes it easier to navigate across Products and Groups/Portfolios.  I’m also looking forward to hearing the communities experience with the updated Navigation! 

A couple of weeks ago, somebody managed to switch off the ‘Use ProjectPlace’ global setting which supports the syncing of PP cards with Portfolios (we’re still trying to work out how this happened...)That’s left us with 2 weeks worth of card updates which haven’t flowed through to Portfolios.  Many of these cards are now closed so will never be touched again.Does anyone know - Is there a way to force-sync ProjectPlace cards to update Portfolios actions?

I am wondering what sets the default Work Portfolio.  No matter what the last Work Portfolio I view, when I come back into Work, this one Work Portfolio always comes up.  I no longer care about it so i guess I can delete it but I’m wondering what is causing it to always be my default.

Hi there - What is the best why for resources to book time for Annual Leave on their timesheet?    … Should a project ‘Annual leave’ be set up for them to record time for Annual Leave?  Please advise on the best why to do this.Thanks in advance :)
