Is it possible to copy value from previous milestone’s floating task to the current milestone’s floating tasks and then fill extra column data

I want to create a custom object with 50 fields and link it to project and milestone.But I want to display 10 fields in each milestone which are relevant for the owner to fill.then in next milestone i want same number of rows as previous milestone but add specific columns to it.

When I enter inside a milestone, there is a related item for gate approval. It has multiple roles and owner assigned. I want to send email to all owner of task when project is sent to gate. But I am getting more emails. I should receive email for task where i am the owner but i am getting email for all tasks. How to restrict recipient where i am the owner?

Hello, I was hoping if someone could help me the below problem. In a workflow rule to set the Close Date field using Today() function, it is displaying yesterday’s date instead. I read about the UTC time zone and it is expected to show as yesterday but why doesn’t it do the same for the Date Opened field, which in a similar WFR is auto populating the date with Today() function and the correct date is shown. Has anyone had this experience? If it is a bug, I’ll follow process and raise it with the PV support team.

Hello,I am trying to use data loader to import timesheets for resources across various projects. I’ve referenced the Success articles and sample spreadsheets but I am still unclear on how to specify which timesheets go to which project. There is a field for the WorkItem I recognize but where do you specify the project? Alternatively I’ve also tried importing data (within the project, utilities tab, import) at a singular project level but when I do so I get this error: Any advice is much appreciated. I want to create a custom object which can select projects existing in system. I am able to achieve that. But my custom object should also have milestones and tasks. e.g in workitem we have Projects, milestone and task. Is it possible to create custom object with same features so that I can implement stage and gate on that object too? it should not appear in project anywhere but it should appear as a separate module in navigation bar.

Custom object by default will not have any panel.i have used action item option to configure as per business logic. But is it possible to save custom object as a template?

Hello Community, I’m trying to create a crosstab report that shows resource time spent on client work(bill or not) vs. their overall time spent. We have three types of project categories: Internal, Client Bill & Client NonbillFormula desired = [Client Work Bill & Nonbill] / [All Actual Approved]The issue I’m running into is that the only fields available are Actual Approved, Actual Approved Billable, Actual Approved Nonbill. For this operation to work, I’d need to exclude projects under the Internal category from the numerator, but not the denominator.  If I implement a tab filter, to exclude Internal project time, it takes it out from all the calculations.Does anyone have experience doing a similar calculation?Cross tab report calculation: [Client Work Bill & Nonbill, excluding Internal projects] /[ All Actual Approved Time]

I have a team requesting to add their portfolio roadmap to a dashboard to visually show all of their projects. The dashboard is intended for a VP, so they want them to go to one place for all the information they need (versus the dashboard + portfolio for the roadmap).Does anyone know how to add a roadmap to the dashboard? I have heard it can be done by pulling the Roadmap URL in via an i-Frame, but cannot find any documentation on how to do that. 

Hi all, I was wondering if there was a setting in AdaptiveWork that will needs to be enabled or disabled so that the company logo which is a png/transparent does not show up with a black border around it. Does anyone else have this issue and if you did, could you share the fix? Thank you.Jess

Hey AW Community,  I’m in flight of creating a profitability report for senior management and finance and I’m in a bit of a conundrum as they want to see slightly different things from the same field within our system. My only solution to this is to create a formula for one of the report tabs to give them what they need. SCENARIO: We have our actual Revenue column pulling through billable effort for an engagement(as expected). As with any projects, we will have Change requests; and based on the additional project codes for these changes, we can see whether this burn is billable to the client or non billable. For the Finance tab, where the effort is not Billable - we want to show the actual revenue as ‘0’. (The current functionality of the ‘actual revenue’ field needs to remain in tact for the other report tabs. Question: W

Hello Community,My goal is to create a portfolio report showing highlights and graphs of all the Go-Live dates for the projects in the portfolio. One of the highlights Id like to show is the number of Projects with a Go Live Date This Month..Next Month...etc. in one tab...anyone have ideas or experience with this?  Many thanks!
